This is your chance to work in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to shine.** **Job Description:** + Keep our aircraft in top-notch condition with required maintenance. + Swiftly and aggressively fix known issues to maintain airworthiness. + Proactively identify innovative ways to keep our fleet operable. + Reactively resolve issues with the crew promptly and efficiently. + Monitor and track aircraft efficiency and operation during flights. + Ensure compliance with all FAA maintenance regulations and laws. + Collaborate with the crew to resolve technical issues. + Maintain organized maintenance records and documentation. **Essential Skills** + A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an A&P Mechanic + 2+ years of corporate experience + Must have experience Legacy 600, ERJ 135, or Learjet aircraft + Airframe and Powerplant License + Proficiency in aviation software and maintenance management systems. + Knowledge of MS Word and Excel. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good tenure in previous roles. + A personal set of tools is required. **Why Work Here?** We offer a highly competitive salary along with health, dental, and vision insurance options.
