As an Administrative Assistant III in the Family Medicine Department, you will support assigned chairpersons, senior leaders, or medical directors by performing a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing phone calls, greeting visitors and handling correspondence. This role also involves assisting with special projects and supporting various management functions to ensure efficient daily operations and professional communication across departments. **A caregiver in this role works a hybrid schedule from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m., with on-site presence at Westcreek on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with availability for occasional early morning or evening meetings.** **_Occasional travel to other locations within Northeast and Southern Ohio may be required._** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Support assigned Chairpersons, Senior Directors or Medical Directors through scheduling, handling phone calls, greeting customers and correspondence. + Assist with special projects. + Administer calendars and schedule management. + Compose and prepare a variety of correspondence, such as reports, forms, presentation materials and messages. + Manage and prioritize multiple assignments. + Act as a liaison between internal and external customers. + Provide coverage of other areas, such as front end, point of service and registration. + Coordinate management functions. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + High School Diploma or GED + Five years of office experience + Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Associate's degree + Typing proficiency of 35 WPM with accuracy + EPIC and Workday experience + Expertise in calendar management, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with multiple stakeholders + Ability to manage shared drives + Experience arranging travel and reconciling expenses + Proficient in preparing documents (agendas, minutes, reports and correspondence) + Ability to track tasks and projects to support departmental initiatives + Experience drafting emails, memos, and formal documents on behalf of leadership Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
