Total Compensation Package from $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. *BCBA’s become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Monthly Performance Bonuses : Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify. Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact! Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation Packages available: To ease the expenses of your transition. Sign On Bonuses available: Up to $10,000 based on location and start date. 401(k) with Company Match : Boost your retirement potential and strengthen your financial future. Remote, Work from Home Days: Up to 52 days per year. Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Almost 30 days off in Year One : Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days-no guilt, just rest. No Non-Compete Clauses : We believe great talent doesn’t need restrictions Transparent and Expedited Career Growth & Leadership Tracks: Center Leadership: BCBA > Sr. BCBA> Assistant Clinical Director > Clinical Director> Sr. Clinical Director > Group Clinical Director> Regional Clinical Director Training & Development : Join Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Team, mentor and train clinicians in evidence‑based ABA practice Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality Clinical Guidance: Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring industry leading clinicians such as: Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri Continuing Education : A minimum of 10 free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.
