Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in their mental health journey.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed during sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.
• Stay current with mental health research and best practices to inform therapeutic approaches.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent or eligible for licensure  
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with mental health trends.
