State Tested Nursing Assistants are privileged to be invited into deeply vulnerable moments with patients and families. Our team works closely together to ensure the highest quality experience, with STNAs serving as the eyes and ears of the interdisciplinary team. Quick response STNAs play a crucial role in our Even More Care program, responding to urgent physical or psychosocial needs and sitting beside a patient who is in the active stages of dying. CNA (STNA) Schedule(s):

• Sunday through Tuesday 8:00 PM to 8:30 AM (36 hours)
• Wednesday through Friday 8 pm to 8:30 am (36 hours)
• Travel to the office in Green, Ohio, is required. Serving patients throughout 9 counties in Northeast Ohio as part of the emergent care team.

CNA (STNA) Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification
• Must be certified by the state as a nurses' aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification
• 1 year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide required
• Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred
• Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors
• Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization
• Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.
