We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support our live events, retail promotions, and on-site client interactions. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying active, and contributing to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities:
* Assist customers during live events and in-store promotions.
* Provide product information and help guide customer inquiries.
* Maintain accurate notes on customer interactions.
* Support event setup, display organization, and overall customer flow.
* Work closely with team leads to enhance event success and customer satisfaction.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Friendly, outgoing, and dependable personality.
* Strong communication and listening skills.
* Comfortable engaging with customers in fast-paced environments.
* No prior experience required — full training provided.
