Job Description

Thinkfind is searching for a skilled CyberArk Security Administrator for a direct-hire opportunity with our client. In this role, you will administer and manage CyberArk solutions across a global enterprise environment, ensuring optimal system performance, security, and compliance with cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities include:

• Configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintaining CyberArk systems; 
• Implementing security protocols, collaborating closely with cybersecurity teams, and providing advanced technical support. 
• You will also mentor junior engineers, maintain detailed documentation of CyberArk environments.
• Generate regular reports on system health, security incidents, and maintenance activities. 
• Occasional travel (up to 20% domestic/international) and physical tasks such as lifting equipment up to 40 lbs.. and climbing ladders may be required.

Qualifications: 

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Systems Security or a similar field.
• With a minimum of three years of hands-on CyberArk experience. 
• Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CGEIT, CRMA, or GRCP are preferred. 
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. 
• Candidates must possess a solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles.
• Experience supporting IAM in cloud environments like Azure or AWS.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or C# for automation.
