In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and managing essential data across multiple platforms, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of information critical to our operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
• Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies or errors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless data sharing and reporting.
• Generate detailed reports and summaries for management as required.
• Handle confidential data with discretion and in compliance with company policies.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for efficient data management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
