We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Email Copywriter to join our team. This is a fully remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while integrating seamlessly with our collaborative internal teams (who may be hybrid or office-based). You will be responsible for writing compelling and effective email copy that drives opens, clicks, and conversions for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Write Copy: Produce high-quality, engaging, and on-brand email copy for various campaign types, including newsletters, promotional blasts, lifecycle sequences, and transactional messages.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with designers, strategists, and account managers to ensure copy aligns with client objectives, brand voice, design mockups, and overall campaign strategy.
• Production Support: Partner closely with our internal builders (e.g., email developers, platform specialists) to finalize copy, ensure seamless integration into email templates, and maintain a consistent, high-volume production level across all accounts.
• Leverage AI Tools: Utilize your foundational understanding of ChatGPT and other AI-driven tools for research, generating initial drafts, refining tone, brainstorming subject lines, and enhancing overall writing efficiency—while ensuring the final output is always polished, accurate, and brand-compliant.
• A/B Testing: Propose and write copy variations for A/B testing to continuously optimize email performance and derive insights that inform future campaigns.
• Maintain Brand Voice: Serve as a guardian of client brand voices, ensuring all email communications are consistent in tone, style, and messaging.
• Quality Control: Proofread and edit all copy meticulously for grammar, clarity, punctuation, and adherence to client style guides and legal compliance.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience (3-5 years preferred) as a Copywriter, specifically focused on email marketing. A portfolio demonstrating strong email campaign results is highly desirable.
• Remote Ready: Proven ability to work effectively, independently, and collaboratively in a 100% remote work environment, integrating seamlessly with both remote and in-office team members.
• AI Proficiency: A foundational and practical understanding of how to use large language models, specifically ChatGPT, as an integral part of the copywriting and brainstorming process.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate creative rationales and strategy to internal teams and clients.
• Collaboration: A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working closely with multiple stakeholders (design, strategy, account management, development).
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional proofreading and editing skills with a sharp eye for consistency and grammatical accuracy.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and quickly pivot based on client feedback or performance data.
