About Job We are seeking an Entry Level Events Associate to join the MAD Events team and support our live promotions and brand experiences across Louisville. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, bringing energy to in-person events, and building a long-term career with growth.
Responsibilities - Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of live marketing events.
- Engage customers, answer questions, and represent client brands with professionalism.
- Provide product information and help guide customer interest.
- Support event flow, maintain organized displays, and contribute to team goals.
- Work closely with event leads to ensure successful daily performance.
Qualifications Minimum requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
- Outgoing and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Dependable, energetic, and able to adapt in fast-paced event environments.
- No experience needed — full paid training provided.
Pay & Benefits - $39.500 –$49.000 per year (base salary).
