Position: Event Coordinator Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site) Description: We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, ensuring that each occasion meets the high standards of creativity and professionalism that our organization is known for. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events from conception to completion, ensuring all details are addressed.Execut
• Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and venues to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate logistics, including transportation, catering, and audiovisual requirements for events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining consistent communication throughout the planning process.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and drive attendance.
• Evaluate event success and gather feedback to inform future events and improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably within a corporate or non-profit setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
