Hotel Payables Specialist Location Milwaukee, WI :

Grow your career as an Hotel Payables Specialist within ALG Vacations, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role, you'll be responsible for processing, auditing and reconciliation of vendor payables. You will resolve supplier disputes using corporate resources and defined procedures.

A successful Hotel Payables Specialist will:

• Process, audit and reconciliate vendor payables
• Resolve supplier disputes using corporate resources to achieve a satisfactory outcome
• Process timely adjustments on payables resulting from cancelled or rebooked reservations
• Handle complex challenges including special projects due to weather, business decisions, flight delays or takedowns

A successful Hotel Payables Specialist will have:

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Accounts payable and/or travel experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Problem-solving skills and use of logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions, conclusions, and an approach to issues
• Microsoft Office knowledge
