HR Generalist Recruiter Location Tempe, AZ :

This candidate will be energetic, detail oriented and quickly able to switch gears. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working in an open environment with our fast-paced team and is excited about the opportunity to advance within our company. Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop and update s
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruiting process
• Onboard new employees
• Assist HR director with benefits administration
• Assist HR director with employee files, terminations and processing day to day HR administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter or HR Generalist with a strong recruiting background
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Bachelors Degree in related field (preferred)
