Job Description

Your Next Mission: New Client Specialist at Easy Pay Direct

Ready to jump into a role where you're a true difference-maker, not just another cog in the machine?

We're Easy Pay Direct, a small but mighty team in the heart of East Austin, and we're on a mission to empower entrepreneurs. We're looking for a sharp, proactive problem-solver to be the friendly, knowledgeable guide for our new clients.

If you’re a natural connector who thrives on a challenge, this is your chance to build a career in a rapidly expanding industry.

About Easy Pay Direct

Easy Pay Direct is a leading e-commerce payments company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs succeed online. Founded in 2012 by an entrepreneur who understands the growing demands of e-commerce, our vision is to build a scalable, powerful online business. We are a small, agile team based in the heart of Austin, Texas.

The Easy Pay Direct DNA

Our company is built on a simple yet powerful set of values:

  • Persistence: We don't give up. We find a way to get it done.
  • Growth: We're always learning, improving, and building.
  • Open, Effective Communication: We say what we mean and we mean what we say.
  • Doing The Right Thing: Our integrity is our foundation.
  • We Make Things Easier: We simplify others' work by being thorough, collaborative, and efficient, delivering clear, high quality support that makes tasks easier for clients and teammates alike.

What You'll Be Doing

Your mission is to welcome new merchants into our world and get them up and running with lightning speed. You'll be the first point of contact, the trusted advisor, and the persistent force that gets applications over the finish line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Go-Getter: When a new lead comes in, you'll be on it in under three minutes. You'll use every tool in your arsenal—calls, texts, emails, and DMs—to make a connection and get the ball rolling.
  • The Onboarding Maestro: You'll guide merchants through the entire application process, managing expectations, handling objections, and collecting all necessary documents and digital signatures. You'll be the conductor of a smooth, seamless onboarding experience.
  • The Gatekeeper: You'll serve as our initial defense against fraud. You'll analyze key documents like financial statements and personal IDs to ensure applications are complete and secure before they move on.
  • The Hub of Information: You’ll maintain immaculate records in our CRM system (Hubspot), because if it’s not in HubSpot, it didn't happen!

We work with specific KPIs that are essential for our collective success. Your work will be all about speed and quality, ensuring our clients are set up for success from day one.

The Perfect Fit

We're looking for a driven professional who is committed to continuous learning and growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 + years of B2B sales development or lead generation experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and a high volume of activity.
  • A natural self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.

A Major Plus If You Have:

  • Experience in Fintech, Financial Services or the Software industry.
  • Direct experience in Payments, Merchant Services.
  • A background working with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with financial services or "high-risk" merchant accounts.
  • Experience in lead qualification and fraud prevention.

The Perks of the Job

  • Location: This is a full-time, in-person role at our Austin, TX headquarters.
  • Compensation: 1st Year Average OTE of $85,000 (Base Salary $70,000 + $15,000+ Annual Incentives + Benefits).
  • Growth: Unlimited career advancement opportunities.
  • Benefits: Health, dental, and a 401(K) with company match.
  • Culture: A stocked office with snacks, frequent company happy hours, and company-sponsored social events.

If you are ready to be a crucial part of a small, dynamic team and help us continue to grow, we encourage you to apply!
