Under general direction of the Supervising Transportation Planner, the position is the technical expert coordinating, developing and implementing various California’s freight activities. This includes goals, policies, strategies and programs, and the analysis of critical state freight initiatives including those pertaining to California Transportation Agency, Air Resource Board, Energy Commission, Governor’s Office of Business and Economics (GO-BIZ), Public Utilities Commission, Department of Food and Agriculture, California Transportation Commission, etc.
