We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Attorney to join our Legal team. This role will be responsible for leading and executing the legal components of strategic transactions, including global mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. The ideal candidate will bring strong deal experience, exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external advisors. This position plays a critical role in executing high-impact transactions that directly support the company’s strategic growth and global expansion efforts.
