We are looking for a Media Strategy & Analytics Specialist who is very skilled and motivated to join our busy marketing team. The person who gets the job will be very important in creating, putting into action, and improving data-driven media strategies on a number of platforms. To help the brand grow and the business do well, this job requires skills in media analytics, measuring campaign performance, and generating actionable insights.
Main Duties:
Create and oversee thorough media plans that are in line with business goals and target audiences.
Gather, look at, and explain data on how well different types of media are doing (digital, TV, print, social media, etc.).
Prepare and give stakeholders detailed reports on the effectiveness of media campaigns, return on investment (ROI), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work with both internal teams and outside partners to make sure that media plans are consistent and work well.
Use advanced analytics tools like Google Analytics, Nielsen, and Comscore to keep an eye on and improve the performance of your campaigns.
Give useful advice based on data insights to improve future media strategies.
Keep up with new trends, best practices in the industry, and new technologies in media and analytics.
Handle media budgets so that they are as cost-effective and effective as possible.
Be in charge of A/B testing, attribution modeling, and analyzing campaigns across multiple channels.
Make sure that all media activities follow the rules set by the company and the law.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, statistics, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
More than three years of experience in media planning, strategy, or analytics, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
Good at using media analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Nielsen, and Comscore.
A lot of experience with numbers, analysis, and solving problems.
Great at talking and giving presentations.
Showed that you can handle more than one project and deadline at a time.
It would be helpful if you had used data visualization tools before, like Tableau or Power BI.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual Salary: $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
