Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who owns a 26ft Box Truck and is ready to take on consistent, dedicated freight lanes . You will be responsible for managing your own vehicle, ensuring safe and on-time deliveries, and maintaining full compliance with all FMCSA and DOT regulations. This is a great opportunity to run consistent regional routes for 5-6 days a week. Our team values professionalism, safety, and strong communication.

Duties:

• Own and operate a 26ft Straight Box Truck for scheduled pickups and deliveries
• Transport freight safely and efficiently on designated lanes (#1: Kentucky -> Chicago, #2: Kentucky -> New Jersey)
• Manage your own driving routes to ensure on-time deliveries while following traffic laws and regulations
• Perform regular pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your vehicle
• Maintain accurate records including BOLs, mileage logs, fuel usage, and delivery documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding ETAs and load status
• Load and unload cargo as needed (using liftgate or pallet jack where applicable)
• Ensure your truck receives routine maintenance and provide service records upon request

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A or B license
• 26ft Box Truck (with liftgate preferred)
• Active DOT Authority and MC Number
• Current FMCSA compliance with a good safety rating and inspection record
• Must carry: Cargo Insurance, Occupational Accident Insurance
• Ability to provide: Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record), Proof of regular vehicle maintenance, Proof of drug screening compliance
• Ability to send required documentation promptly upon request

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years operating under your own authority
• Familiarity with regional or last-mile delivery
• Experience using GPS routing and ELD systems
• Strong communication and time management skills

Pay Structure:

• Rate: $1.50 per mile
• Estimated Pay: Kentucky to Chicago: $1400 – $2500+(weekly).  Kentucky to New Jersey: $1400 – $3000 +(weekly)

(Based on trip distant , number of runs, and delivery performance)

Note: Owner Operators are responsible for fuel, tolls, insurance, and maintenance expenses.

• Pallet jack or straps (as needed for cargo)
