The CHOC Specialists and Pediatric Subspecialty Faculty (PSF) are seeking a full-time Board Certified/Eligible Pediatric Sleep Medicine and Pediatric Neurology Physician for treatment of patients with neurologic disorders including but not limited to epilepsy neurodegenerative diseases Down Syndrome and autism. Interest in treating neurodevelopmental and behavioral sleep disorders in a team-based approach would highly complement this position.
This individual will be instrumental in expanding our Neuro Sleep Program with a specific focus on narcolepsy epilepsy and complex sleep diagnostics. The physician will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teamsat CHOC Childrens Hospital (eight inpatient studies per night) and at CHOC Mission Hospital (four inpatient studies per night).
This role presents a unique opportunity to lead innovative sleep care initiatives establish new research programs and serve as a thought leader in pediatric neuro sleep medicine by participating in one or more of the program highlights . The candidate must be eligible for an unrestricted California medical license.

PSF is comprised of more than 420 physicians and advanced practice providers across 26 pediatric subspecialties. Our team practices at Childrens Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) a nationally recognized leader in pediatric care with two state-of-the-art hospitals in Orange and Mission Viejo. CHOC is affiliated with the University of California Irvine (UCI) and is a premier teaching site for its medical students and residents.

Salary Range: $225000 - $302000 annually. Rate of pay is determined by various factors including but not limited to knowledge skills competencies experience education and position requirements.
