Remote Project Coordinator Contractor II job at Planet Group California, US

Job Description

Pay 40-46/h depending on experience

Duties :
Assist the expanded access team with operations regarding the program, including managing the portal and managing/routing the requests as required for all programs; engaging with the vendor when need to manage drug logistics and distribution; Participate in the planning and execution of EAP programs; document management

Requirements :

BS/MS/BA degree
Minimum of 5 years work experience experience within an operational role
Strong interpersonal skills
Effective and proactive professional communications (written and verbal)
Ability to analyze, sort and prioritize data
Creating data extracts and or reports from systems
Strong execution skills
Strong project coordination skills (e.g., monitoring progress of projects/studies)
Strong organization skills to support document and data management
Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute on multiple projects/studies
Ability to multitask and work independently
Detail-oriented
Experience with the following tools required:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- MS Teams, Zoom
