Research & Development Lab Technician (Food/Pharma) – Midlothian, TX

Regal Staffing Services is hiring a Research and Development Lab Technician for a food production warehouse in the Midlothian, TX 76065 area.

Pay & Schedule:

• Shift : 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay : $19.00–$25.00/hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process food samples for testing.
• Collect raw material samples and submit to internal and external labs.
• Assist with testing finished food and dietary supplements.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and equipment logs.
• Support R&D with documentation, vendor qualifications, and sample retention.
• Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Organize lab space and maintain accuracy in research tasks.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in a scientific discipline or 1+ year lab experience.
• Knowledge of solution prep, scales, and lab instrumentation (Rotavapor, FTIR, HPLC)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Stable work history and ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
