Job Title : SAP Basis Lead Consultant

Location : Remote ( Brazil )

Duration/Term: Long Term Contract



Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Basis Lead Consultant to manage and optimize our SAP environment. This role requires deep technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA , HANA sizing , HA/DR configuration , and SAP Solution Manager , alongside leadership experience managing Basis teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in archiving , OpenText tools , and cloud infrastructure , preferably AWS or Azure .

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of SAP Basis administration , including installations, upgrades, patching, and tuning
• Perform SAP S/4HANA and HANA sizing to support performance and scalability planning
• Design and implement high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions
• Ensure adherence to SAP operational best practices and provide technical leadership to the Basis team
• Administer and optimize SAP Solution Manager for monitoring, change control, and diagnostics
• Manage SAP archiving solutions and integrations with OpenText ECM and DMS tools
• Provide cloud platform support for SAP workloads on AWS or Azure
• Lead and mentor a team of 2 3 SAP Basis administrators, driving project execution and knowledge sharing

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 9 years of professional experience , with at least 5 years in SAP Basis Administration
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA , HANA sizing , Solution Manager , and HA/DR architecture
• Solid understanding of SAP archiving , document management, and OpenText toolsets
• Experience supporting SAP systems on cloud infrastructure , preferably AWS or Azure
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills
