Title Clerk – Ascent Automotive West

Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their performance and ensures efficient automotive title work handling.  In this role, you will be responsible for conducting automotive title work and tracking for our 3 dealerships.  Our title work focus is to ensure accuracy, satisfy necessary acquisition, trade, and post-purchase title activities while embracing internal customer expectations.  If you have the drive to perform and excel, then we want you to come work with us!  You will work alongside the best in our business and part of the team consistently achieving the Top Workplaces designation!

Job Responsibilities

• Review and complete title paperwork for new and pre-owned retail / wholesale transactions and courtesy deliveries (i.e. Manufactures Sales of Origin (MSO), duplicate titles)
• Complete title work accurately while ensuring efficiency and timeliness
• Communicate appropriately with associates, managers, and general management
• Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures

Requirements

• High School diploma; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience .
• Is legally able to work in the United States
• Pre-employment drug screen and background required
• Strong detail-orientation and organization skills
• Previous automotive title experience a must

Pay:   Pay rate based on experience/education/skills with range from $21 to $25 per hour
