The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Plan and organize events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
• Coordinate with clients to determine event details, budgets, and expectations.
• Research and select venues, vendors, and suppliers that meet event needs and budget constraints.
• Manage event logistics, including catering, transportation, audiovisual needs, and décor.
• Create and manage event timelines, checklists, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
• Promote events through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and direct outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as an event coordinator or in a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
