Chef Andy Quinn and Sommelier Cedric Nicaise are opening a new restaurant with a new concept in September/October in the Nolita area.

We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to  lead private events and guest communication for our two private rooms and any partial or full restaurant buyouts.  The role is responsible for booking, planning, and coordinating all logistics leading up to the time the event begins and greeting clients upon their arrival.

Responsibilities and requirements include:

• Manage all event inquiries and bookings across venues (private dining, buyouts)
• Create and price event menus, minimums and create a sales deck.
• Create and maintain BEO's.
• Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine and General Manager on operations and event execution.
• Oversee event execution, acting as lead on site and coordinating logistics.
• Off-site and onsite networking with clients to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
• Proactive sales experience and strong social skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in event sales required.
• 3-4 years of restaurant experience preferred.
