Service & Maintenance

To get the most out of every dive, it is essential to have your equipment serviced regularly. We recommend annual maintenance, or after every 100 dives. Anthias has the expertise, specialized tools, and original replacement parts to keep your dive equipment performing safely and reliably.

To make things even easier, we can remind you when your equipment is due for its next service, so you never have to keep track of maintenance intervals yourself. If you are unsure about the condition of your equipment, Anthias also offers a thorough inspection in the form of a minor service. During this inspection, we check for the most common issues and adjust your regulator if necessary. Should this inspection reveal that a full service is required, we will gladly advise you on the next steps.

Regulator Service

During a full regulator service, every component is completely disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. We replace all O-rings and other wear-sensitive parts, inspect the regulator for leaks, and carefully adjust it to manufacturer specifications. This ensures your regulator performs safely and reliably throughout the diving season.

BCD & Wing Service

We also provide maintenance for BCDs and wing systems. Our service includes cleaning the inflator and dump valves, replacing worn components where necessary, and checking the entire system for leaks and signs of wear.

Tip: We recommend periodically treating the inside of your BCD with BC Life to help extend its lifespan.

Dive Computer & Dive Watch Service

Anthias offers battery replacement and pressure testing for dive computers and dive watches. We always use original manufacturer parts and provide a three-month warranty on water resistance after the service. Some dive watches must be returned to the manufacturer for servicing, and Anthias is happy to arrange this on your behalf.

Drysuit Repairs & Maintenance

Anthias performs many drysuit repairs in-house, including replacing seals, resizing suits, and repairing seams. For more extensive repairs, such as zipper replacements or major zipper repairs, we work together with specialized repair workshops.

We also have a dedicated pressure-testing tank that allows us to accurately locate and diagnose leaks in drysuits.

Good to Know

Don’t forget to have your drysuit valves inspected and serviced as well. We recommend having the valves checked at least once every three years to ensure they continue to operate safely and reliably.

We also offer products and advice to help you maintain your equipment yourself. For example, we stock wetsuit shampoo to keep your suits clean and fresh, and the correct zipper wax to extend the life of your drysuit zipper. Proper maintenance at home helps your equipment last longer and perform at its best.
